Dream Shop Crafting Co – Return & Refund Policy

At Dream Shop Crafting Co, every item is crafted with intention and care. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Because our products are handmade and often created to order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • Returns must be approved before sending the item back

Non‑returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used wax beads or partially used kits

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital downloads

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
