Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Handmade items or restocked products may require additional time during high‑volume periods.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we experience delays, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

United States

Standard Shipping (USPS): 3–7 business days
Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

Canada

Standard International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Other International Locations

We currently ship only to the U.S. and Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Dream Shop Crafting Co is not responsible for:

Packages marked as delivered but not received
Delays caused by the carrier
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item. We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
